Job summary:
In this role you will support all operations within the Sales team. You will work in a diverse and international team engaged directly with the team director and team leads across the globe.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will be given ownership of all operational topics and support transformational business projects enabling more efficient and scalable processes.
This role includes a broad variety of responsibilities such as improving and developing new tools, performance measurement and KPI reporting, data analysis & systems management, training & onboarding, process development & implementation, facilitating formal team and board meetings for the Certificates sales team.
You will ensure that all projects assigned to you and your team are implemented as agreed upon, while adhering to a high standard of quality and committed timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
You will also act as a liaison with the teams and lead on all engagement and support of initiatives and projects specific to the Certificates Sales team.
You’ll also work closely together with the Commercial Support team to further optimize the processes.
This is a fast paced role that requires cross company collaboration, multi-tasking and prioritisation.
Main responsibilities
Continuously analyse and improve processes and tools to make them more efficient, user-friendly, and accessible
Work with head of Sales Enablement and team leads to address operational needs and develop new processes and procedures
Support with setting performance targets and measure progress against target
Monitor and review process implementation and adoption, collect feedback and reinforce by providing further training when needed
Support the onboarding process of our new team members, through training on the tools and processes, and coordinating with their line manager
Support on all operational issues, such as procedural issues, questions on company policies, support with recruitment, approvals, etc.
Act as a go-to person for questions, operational issues and feedback on tools and processes and knowledge management for the Certificates Sales team
Perform data management and analysis to support communication and reporting on activities, resource management and future opportunities in coordination with the Data & Insights team
Continuously support improving, developing, and implementing tools, processes and procedures, templates as well as the supporting documents/guidelines
Organise, support and facilitate, as required, global town hall meetings, team meetings and other formal meetings. Including setting up agenda, note taking, action tracking and facilitation for decision making
Be part of project teams with a global impact, for instance support the scalability of the current way of working, improve communication structure between teams and streamline meeting cadences.
Essential profile requirements
Bachelor or equivalent degree
Relevant work experience (2-3 years)
Experience or interest in working with a global team within an international and multicultural context
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment
Good prioritisation and time management skills
Advanced skills with the use of the Google Drive, IT platforms and technology savvy
Strong organisational skills and eye for detail
Excellent personal relationships, enjoy working with and supporting others
Process-oriented, with a taste for efficiency increase
Excellent oral and written skills in English
Able to perform data analytics
Good prioritisation and time management skills
A proactive, diligent and independent approach
