Job summary:

As a Market Research Assistant, you will support the preparation and data collection of our manifold marketing campaigns showcasing our suite of sustainability solutions to different target audiences. You will drive the process of identifying and researching our target audiences. For our defined market research activities you will screen the potential targets and update our CRM system with Salesforce and Pardot on a daily basis. You will support our research and campaign team in setting up target lists needed for the implementation of campaigns. You will monitor market research success and conduct background research on identified target leads to optimally prepare our key account/business development team for making client contact. This is a challenging position requiring an enthusiastic and dynamic professional who has some previous experience in market research, CRM software, campaigns, digital media, or database research. Main tasks & responsibilities: 

- Market research, competitor analysis

- Support the implementation marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation for new and existing products in a cross cutting, integrated manner

- Conduct internet based market research to identify contact details of potential leads

- Update our CRM system on a daily basis

- Research background information about identified leads so as to brief the key account/business development team ensuring they are up to speed for directly approaching potential clients

- Closely work with Salesforce

Requirements:

- University degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sustainability, or other related degree 

- 1-2 years of experience in online market research and CRM and digital marketing
Prior experience in customer relationship management, using platforms such as SugarCRM, Salesforce, Pardot

- Good English language skills, both written and oral

- Excellent skills in handling CRM related data in Excel and other eligible software
Passion for environmental issues and understanding of sustainability, CSR and related topics

- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and intercultural team as well as independently

- Nationals or passport holder of Indonesia
