Senior Product Manager

Job summary:

As Senior Product Manager for our Climate Solutions portfolio, you will help us standardise our offering to scale at a faster rate allowing us to help more organisations take positive action against climate change. You will work with the internal experts to bring to life their world leading capability and help deliver that consistently across our key sales regions globally. You will engage leaders across the business and use your passion to drive the adoption of our segmentation model and the solutions catalogue.

You will be comfortable discussing the details of our offering with internal experts and convey how our climate solutions enable clients to achieve their sustainability and business goals. This is an exciting role which would suit an accomplished marketer with good technical understanding, strong communication skills and a confident client-facing manner.


Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the Solutions Catalogue working with each of the Practices to ensure all of their offerings are clearly represented
  • Develop a guided selling model to improve the efficiency of our sales processes
  • Provide strategic guidance to Salesforce Administrator and external support to ensure the full product catalogue is represented effectively in our CRM
  • Work across the business to create a consistent client-focused approach for all solutions
  • Own and enhance our client segmentation model and develop segment-specific catalogues to guide sales activities
  • Develop a product reporting framework to prioritise development resources to make the biggest climate impact
  • Establish a toolkit for sales to aid the identification of the right product for the right customer first-time
  • Develop product specific marketing plans where appropriate and coordinate with regional colleagues to ensure effective delivery globally
  • Lead Product Marketing team


Essential -

  • Degree in Marketing (or other relevant subject)
  • Strong track record (approx 7-10 years expected) of working in a B2B product marketing department
  • Clear understanding of pricing and product catalogue techniques and experience of deploying these through a digital interface
  • Managing a development process and with strong sales and client interactions
  • Knowledge of environmental and sustainability topics and experience of building campaigns around these topics
  • Inspiring manager and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid work authorisation/permit

Desirable - 

  • Experience of working on strategic solutions for and with clients
  • Experience of working with Salesforce and/or a digital pricing system
  • Natural influencer, high ability to influence, negotiate and understand needs from relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to think laterally to take a new approach to doing things, at the right time
