Job summary:

The goal of the Junior Operations Specialist is to support the Solutions team with operational matters to ensure it can work in the most effective way. In this role, you will contribute to the improvement, updating, and maintenance of our global processes, tools, and templates. You will mainly support the implementation of new projects and initiatives, working closely with the regional Solutions operations teams, and you will act as the focal point of contact for queries from both consultants and operations regarding global initiatives. You will also occasionally support recruitment activities for the Solutions team. 

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve internal global tools, processes and templates.
• Support the implementation of global processes and initiatives.
• Support the Solutions team with queries regarding global operational topics.
• Occasionally support regional activities, such as onboarding and project control.
• Contribute to data analysis tasks, to analyse the metrics and results of the Solutions team.
• Support recruitment activities for the Solutions team, such as CV screening.

Requirements:

Essential 

• A university degree, ideally in Business Administration, Political Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or related disciplines.
• Entry-level work experience conducting administrative tasks effectively.
• Experience in situations where attention to detail was required.
• Experience in working in small teams, ideally within an international and multicultural context.
• A proactive, diligent and independent approach.
• Good organisational skills: ability to multitask, focus and prioritise.
• Good personal relationships, enjoy working with and supporting others.
• Process-oriented, with a taste for efficiency increase.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English.

Desirable 

• Experience with formatting documents and using styles.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment.
• Advanced skills with the use of the MS Office Suite, Google Drive, IT platforms and technologies.
• Good prioritisation and time management skills.
