Job summary:

With overall responsibility for management and administration of our local offices, you will be the main contact for ensuring office logistics run smoothly and be the heartbeat of the office - bringing a dynamic and lively approach to support our growing team. As an Office Manager, you will report to the regional Head of Operations, and are responsible for local administration tasks and supporting the Finance Manager.

The Office Manager aims to enhance the work/life balance of the entire team through enthusiastically and proactively providing administrative support, implementing new team initiatives, and supporting our hard-working and close-knit team. Make this role your own!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be creative in your approach to developing and incorporating office policies in line with HQ.
  • Take pride in ensuring efficient logistics across our local offices.
  • Ensure we are on top of local health and safety standards and seek to improve existing procedures we have in place.
  • Oversee office resources and keep on top of office supplies to always promote a great office environment for all.
  • Be prepared to jump in and help the team, including ad hoc activities and assisting our sales team in preparing proposals.
  • Make sure we all have fun, by organising local events/activities for the office.
  • Monitor office spend by preparing monthly reports and office budgets.
  • Work with the Finance Manager and other accounting stakeholders to support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and day-to-day transactional work.
  • Support local and global expenses management.
  • Warmly welcome our clients to the office.


  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fun, outgoing and motivating personality that livens up the office and shows your commitment to climate action.
  • Knowledge of general administrative processes and procedures.
  • Relevant work experience of minimum 1-2 years as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional level of self-organization and prioritization skills.
  • Good communication skills to engage effectively with team members and external suppliers.
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude and initiative!
  • Experience in working in small fast-paced teams, ideally within an international and multicultural context.
  • Advanced skills with the use of the MS Office and Google Suites.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English, with other languages a bonus!
