Job summary:
The goal of the Operations Manager is to support the Sales team with operational matters to ensure it can work in the most effective way. In this role, you will be accountable for providing operational and administrative support to our Key Account Management (KAM) / Business Development (BD) team in order to guarantee maximum efficiency and enable future growth. This includes a broad variety of responsibilities such as defining and implementing operational processes, improving and developing new tools, compiling reports and data, controlling assigned projects, overseeing quality controls, supporting recruitment efforts, and leading onboarding activities.
Main tasks & responsibilities:

Oversee quality processes for business activities along the sales cycle from leads generation to invoicing.

Coordinate troubleshooting efforts in case of client complaints.

Continuously analyse and improve processes and tools of the KAM/BD team.

Ensure good quality of data in the sales tool (Salesforce and internal project management tool).

Support the development of new operating procedures and new tools.

Prepare team reports that show KPIs and milestones achieved.

Treat, sort and compile data to facilitate KPI analysis.

Coordinate staff training and development.

Contribute to recruiting processes.

Participate in the onboarding process of our new sales managers, through training on tools and processes.

Support the development and update of training programs based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from employees.
Requirements:
Essential
- A university degree.
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- Experience with highly-detailed tasks.
- Experience and taste for administrative tasks.
- Experience in working in small teams.
- Ability to identify gaps and design/enhance processes, tools and guidance to address them.
- Advanced controlling and organisation skills to ensure proper use of processes and tools.
- A proactive, diligent and independent approach.
- Strong organisational skills: ability to multitask, focus and prioritise.
- Excellent personal relationships, enjoy working with and supporting others.
- Process-oriented, with a taste for efficiency increase.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment.
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written command of English.
- Advanced skills with the use of the MS Office Suite, Google Drive, IT platforms and technologies.
- Advanced skills with the use of Salesforce.
